Pino Esposito was born in Rossano Calabro in Italy. Pino studied architecture, at the University of Florence and received a degree from the Zurich Multimedia School for video, sound and graphics. He founded the theatre company Oziosazio before turning to directing. Since 1994 Pino has lived and worked in Zurich as director for the stage and as a filmmaker. His films have participated in numerous international film festivals including the Locarno Film Festival, the Fespaco, the IDFA Amsterdam and the Doclisboa.
