Shorena Tevzadze got education from Georgian Shota Rustaveli state University of theater and films and Ilia State University in Georgia. In 2017 she went through a short course of documentary story telling in University of Southern California. During her career Tevzadze has participated in many international film festivals and workshops/pitching forums like: Berlinale talents campus; Sarajevo talents campus; Visions du Reel in 2015/2016/2017; CINEDOC Tbilisi; Lisbon docs; B2B at Tempo, Stockholm and Docudays Ukraine; WOMEN CIRCLE at Under hill Montenegro,Serbia and Doc Leipzig; EX-ORIENTE at Trieste, Jihlava and One World Human Rights Film Festival Prague; American Film Showcase etc. At the moment she lives in Tbilisi and works on her second future length documentary In the Sweltering Sun.
