Ammar Aziz is a poet and filmmaker from Lahore. He is a recipient of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI) Award, among several other accolades. His films were shown at several international film festivals in over a hundred countries. His second feature length documentary, Discount Workers, a German-Pakistani co-production, had its world premiere at One World Film Festival, Prague in 2020. His poetry was published in various international literary journals – has appeared & forthcoming in several anthologies.
