Ben Young is a filmmaker based in the North of England. His debut fiction feature as writer/producer, BLOOD CELLS, premiered at Venice before its theatrical and worldwide platform release. His short documentary debut as writer, director, and producer, TONY FRAGINALS, premiered in competition at DOK Leipzig. His second experimental doc short, WILLIAM JEFFERSON WILDERNESS, premieres in autumn 2020. As a producer his documentary and fiction slate includes coproductions across the UK, Europe, and North Africa.
