Sören Wendt studied photography and film at FH-Design in Bielefeld. After two years as a puppet animator for various television productions, he founded the animation studio Trikk17 in Hamburg together with two other partners. During his ten years’ activity in this studio he hasen’t only been the managing director, filmmaker and producer but also supervised several film productions as a creative cameraman, editor and animator. He has been the director of numerous short films, music videos and commercials. Currently Sören is working as a freelance filmmaker in the Hamburger Atelier Lange Straße 51 and as a media pedagogue for museums, schools and cultural centers.
