Åsa Sandzén has worked with films, images and text since 2002, when she graduated at the London College of Printing with a MA in interactive media. Her first animation, Dildoman (2009) has been screened on film festivals world wide and her latest film, an animated documentary, Still Born, (2014) won the Swedish Film Academy Award, Guldbaggen, for best short, the Golden Dove for best animation at DOK Leipzig and Best Swedish film 2014 at Uppsala Short Film Festival. Together with Mario Adamson, Åsa has also launched Miman Art, an Augmented Reality application that exhibits public art outdoors.
Åsa has also written five easy reading books in Swedish for LL-förlaget och Hegas förlag. She has also written script for short films, such as Zorn Moving (2014).
